Heat Tolerant. Known as Red Calaloo in the Caribbean. Medium green, oval to heart-shaped leaves are overlaid with burgundy red. Comparable to spinach in taste, the leaves are a good source of dietary fiber and contain high amounts of protein, vitamins, and minerals. Often used in soups. Harvest in 58 days.

Popular "red" mustard from Japan. Large, purple-tinted leaves. Mild mustard flavor. Larger, later, slightly darker, more narrow-stemmed, and 3-4 days slower bolting than Osaka Purple. Harvest in 21 days (baby), 45 days (full).
