Growing Heat Tolerant Plants

This page talks about Growing Heat Tolerant Plants from seed.  We have designed this page around growing in San Antonio, Texas but are sure it will work for areas where it gets hot in the summer time.

It may seem weird for other parts of the country where snow is still on the ground, but in Texas, at the beginning of April, we are in the spring growing season.

Summers in the San Antonio heat can be brutal.  Many gardeners will grow for the spring and then give up because of the heat.  They do not realize that San Antonio Texas is a four season gardeners delight.

They are things that can be grown in the summer, fall, winter and spring.

This page will focus on things that can be grown in the summertime.
