Dwarf Blue Cornflower, otherwise known as Bachelor Button, is a cool weather annual and one of the earliest bloomers in the spring. It grows just 12 to 24 inches tall and produces fully double, lovely, blue blooms. Blooms in 70 to 90 days.

A drought tolerant annual native to Europe, Bachelor's Button has naturalized throughout North America. The upper half of the plant is multi-stemmed and produces many flowers. Leaves are covered with small white hairs, causing the plant to have a blue-gray appearance. The original flower is blue, but it is now available in white, pink, and red. Blooms in 105 days.
