While eggplant generally grows best in dependably warm and settled
weather, we have eggplant varieties for performance in less favorable
conditions, as well as for superior flavor and appearance.
Eggplant Aretussa 25 Non-GMO, Hybrid Seeds
High-yielding white eggplant. Attractive and uniform, 6-8 inches long by 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 inches in diameter, cylindrical fruit. Suitable for heated and unheated structures, as well as open-field production. Well-branched, sturdy plants. Since white eggplants are thin-skinned and easily bruised, they are a great local, fresh market treat. Spineless. Harvest in about 60 days.
Black Beauty Eggplant 50 Non-GMO, Heirloom Seeds
Black Beauty Eggplant is the classic Italian eggplant with high yields and no spines. Large, nearly black round to bell-shaped fruits have a slight signature ribbing. Medium to thick skin is deep purple and glossy when mature. Compact plants benefit from staking early in the season to support heavy yields of large fruit. This is a productive eggplant with a classic shape that produces 3 to 6 inch fruit. Harvest in about 70 days.
Calliope Eggplant 25 Non-GMO, Hybrid Seeds
Small white-and-purple variegated fruits. Calliope is a beautiful, oval, Indian eggplant.
