Early Jalapeno

Early Jalapeno 50 Non-GMO, Heirloom Seeds

Early Jalapeno is the traditional early Jalapeno strain. 2 to 2 and 1/2 inches by one inch, sausage-shaped, blunt fruits mature early; the dark green color of the fruit changes to red. The legendary hottest of all peppers, its name means 'from Havana.' Harvest in 60 days for green and 80 days for red ripe.

El Jefe Jalapeno

El Jefe Jalapeno 25 Non-GMO, Hybrid Seeds

El Jefe Jalapeno is the best combination of earliness and yield in a jalapeno. Fruits average 3 and 1/2 to 4 inches, a bit longer and thinner with less checking (small cracks in skin) than Conchos. Large plants have a higher yield potential than Conchos. High resistance to bacterial leaf spot races 1 to 3; and intermediate resistance to tobacco etch virus. Harvest in about 60 days for green and 90 days for red.

Jalafuego Jalapeno

Jalafuego Jalapeno 25 Non-GMO, Hybrid Seeds

Extend your jalapeno harvest with Jalafuego Jalapenos. Vigorous plants consistently produce very high yields of 3 and 1/2 to 4 inch fruits that are resistant to cracking. Very hot pepper. Resistant to BLS 1 to 3.  Harvest in 70 days for green and 93 days for red.

Jedi Jalapeno

Jedi Jalapeno 25 Non-GMO, Hybrid Seeds

Big, smooth, dark-green fruits. Our largest jalapeno offering, Jedi's fruits avg. 4-4 1/2" and are slow to check (show small cracks in skin). Large plants. A couple of days later than Jalafuego, but with bigger fruits. Fortified with natural defenses for healthy plants. Harvest in about 75 days.

M Jalapeno Pepper

M Jalapeno Pepper 50 Non-GMO, Heirloom Seeds

Most popular of the jalapeno peppers - Flavorful and zesty! One of the most popular seasonings in American dishes! Found in rings atop nachos and chopped in Mexican sauces – both sweet and hot. Long bearing, upright 20 to 26 inch plants that produce 3 and 1/2 by 1 and 1/4  inch pods.  Harvest in 60 days for green and 90 days for red.

Purple Jalapeno 50 Non-GMO, Heirloom Seeds

Purple Jalapeno fruits start out green, then turn purple a long time before turning red at maturity. Peppers are slightly larger than regular jalapenos. Excellent for fresh use in salsa and salads, for stuffing or pickling. Plants are very productive but seeds have a low germination rate. Out of 10 seeds, about 5 to 6 will germinate.  Harvest in about 75 days.

Tam Jalapeno

Tam Jalapeno 50 Non-GMO, Heirloom Seeds

All the taste without the intense heat! Very dark green 3 by 1 inch cylindrical pods have thick walls and blunt ends. Turn from green to red when mature. Heavy yielding medium green 24 to 31 inch tall plants provide good fruit protection. Perfect for stuffing, salsa, and pickling. Dry these for chilies and make chili powder.  Harvest in 70 days for green and 90 days for red.
