Leek American Flag 200 Non-GMO, Heirloom Seeds
The “American Flag” Leek is a classic leek and the predominant choice for home gardeners. A close relative of both onion and garlic, leeks are most commonly used in soups and stews, but can also be used effectively in salads. Harvest in about 110 days.
Leek Bandit 50 Non-GMO, Open Pollinated Seeds
Very winter-hardy Open Pollinated leek. Bandit has beautiful, very dark blue-green, erect leaves and good uniformity. The shank grows very thick with minimal bulbing.
Leek Comanche 50 Non-GMO, Hybrid Seeds
Refined, long-shanked leek. Beautiful shanks can achieve impressive length. Comanche is a mid-season leek with medium blue-green foliage. Its upright plant habit makes for easier cultivation. Harvest in about 105 days.
Leek Jumper 50 Non-GMO, Hybrid Seeds
Labor-saving, upright plants. Very upright foliage keeps leaves off the ground, which results in easier cultivation, better plant health, and cleaner leaves at the wash station. Refined shanks with minimal bulbing for easy stripping. Intermediate resistance to common rust. Harvest in about 95 days.
Leek King Richard 200 Non-GMO, Open Pollinated Seeds
Remarkable earliness and size. Beautiful full-sized leeks. In favorable soil and culture, the white shank are over a foot long to the first leaf. Medium-green leaves with full habit. For baby leeks, plant closely (40 seeds/ft.) and harvest at finger size. While not hardy enough for overwintering, it will withstand medium-heavy frost (32° to 20°) without losing its healthy appearance. Harvest in about 75 days.
Leek Tadorna 100 Non-GMO, Open Pollinated Seeds
The most reliable OP fall leek. A vigorous grower producing a medium-length white shank and contrasting, very dark blue-green foliage. Holds in the field for fall into winter harvest, and overwinters in moderate climates. Moderate leaf disease resistance. Harvest in about 100 days.
