Savory Summer 200 Non-GMO, Heirloom Seeds
Summer Savory is the standard savory. Pepper flavor adds spice to dishes. For flavoring
fresh and dry beans, cabbage, and sauerkraut. Long internodes create a
tall, somewhat lanky plant. Harvest in about 70 days.
Savory Winter 200 Non-GMO, Heirloom Seeds
Perennial cousin to summer savory, with thicker and shinier leaves. Flavor is more pungent and biting. Has a higher proportion of Thymol than Summer Savory. Savory, known is 'umami' in taste bud-terms, delivers the flavor that you unknowingly crave in the minutes before you sear up a portabella burger and fresh piece of sirloin. By growing savory you can deliver that warm, appetite-pleasing flavor to any dish. Since Winter Savory is a hardy perennial, you can enjoy through many summer seasons.

nighttime temperatures, the availability of plant nutrients, many unknown climate factors and insects/pest interact to determine a variety's
performance. For information on which varieties will perform best in
your area, we recommend that you contact your local county extension agent or a Master Gardener.
