This page talks about how to buy three sisters garden sets, which are the Native American companion planting sets from David's Garden Seeds®.
Collection Set Three Sisters Garden 175 Non-GMO, Open Pollinated Seeds
Included in package is corn, beans, and pumpkin seeds. Native Americans have been companion planting the Three Sisters (pumpkin, corn, and pole beans) for thousands of years. A well-maintained Three Sisters garden is both beautiful and productive.
The corn provides a tall stalk for the beans to climb. The transpiration from the corn leaves provides mild cooling for the beans.
The beans, in turn, have the amazing ability to fix nitrogen from the atmosphere, helping to compensate for the large amount of nitrogen that corn needs. (Note though that the nitrogen won't be available to the corn this year!)
The pumpkin serves to provide a living mulch, suppressing weeds and keeping the hot summer sun from baking the earth dry. In addition to being a functional, productive system, a Three Sisters garden is beautiful. The circular yet directional pattern provides a calming space to work in. The bean flowers draping from the corn leaves seem to dance over the large squash leaves. The pumpkin and bean flowers are heavily visited by pollinating insects.
Included in this pack are the following: Pole Beans, Corn Dent American Way,
Pumpkin New England. This assortment of garden seeds takes the
hassle out of planning a garden. Each professionally and hand pack set
of seeds is filled with plenty of high-germinating seeds. The varieties
in this collection have been specifically chosen for their ease of
growing. Some minor substitutions may apply subject to availability of a
particular species year to year.

All of the variety information on the David's Garden Seeds® website, including the days to
maturity, color and size are based on data from tests done at specific
locations. Many factors, including geographic location, daytime and
nighttime temperatures, the availability of plant nutrients, many unknown climate factors and insects/pest interact to determine a variety's
performance. For information on which varieties will perform best in
your area, we recommend that you contact your local county extension agent or a Master Gardener.
