Hulless pumpkin impurity

I ordered last year and had a nice plot of hulless pumpkins growing until they were attacked by bugs. I still got 6 pumpkins and enjoyed them. They kept well into the winter. However, two of them were impure with hulled seeds instead of hulless ones. I grew no other cucurbits and even if I had, the seeds should have still been hulless.

Afraid I do not know enough about hulless pumpkins to reply. Not sure what happen. If it was all of them it might point to an issue with the suppliers seeds. But only two out of six, I have no clue.
