We have quality control processes in place but mistakes do happen.
Recently a customer accused us of "bait and switch" and trying to "cheat" her.
We do not do any bait and switch and neither do we "cheat" people but mistakes do happen.
We had two snapdragons with similar names (this usually does not happen) called Appleblossom and Apple Blossom. Both with some differences. The guy who does our printing got the descriptions mixed up.
We have since stopped selling the Apple Blossom.
When she ordered she received the seeds with the right on-line description, but the description on the packet was wrong. A simple mistake. But it was enough to get this lady all upset.
I am a bit disappointed that she thinks we did this on purpose.
So we refunded her purchase at her request.
Last year we packed and printed over 350,000 packs of seeds.
We use highly specialized (and expensive) equipment for packing and printing.
We do all of our printing in-house.
I say this to say that we do make mistakes. They are not on purpose.
